An inspiration to womanhood

My blog for today is a dedication to the lady of intellect and woman of the era, Dr Maya Angelou. I feel proud that such intellect was contributed to the world by a woman, and while still some would talk more about the irrelevant chores of her life, many more will agree to the greatness her work and the courageous human that she was!

  

She was a brave soul and blessed is the day because she was born. Women should learn and motivate themselves to keep moving in life and do the best at their work. Success, then is bound to follow them. 

  

Dr Maya Angleou was not living for accolades, but they followed her with the quality of her work. She wrote on topics which needed courage to talk about and therefore, are generally ignored. She aimed at “survival with grace and faith” and truly achieved that. A prolific actor, writer, poet and a phenomenal person she will always be remembered in the world for what she has left behind for generations to come. 

For me she is an inspiration to womanhood.
